The 7×8-metre saltwater pool comes with an 8-metre slide, and the beach is right in front — complimentary SUP boards, a kayak, and a transparent rowing boat are ready to launch. Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across three floors sleep up to 25 guests, with a rooftop deck on the third floor. Inside, pool table, ping-pong table, karaoke, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the entertainment package for families and corporate retreats.
